How to order
Ordering products is done via BestickButiken's web shop www.bestickbutiken.se. When placing an order, a purchase agreement is only concluded when BestickButiken has confirmed the order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail. The order confirmation is automatically generated by BestickButiken's database without manual review. In case of any inaccuracies in e.g. price, delivery time etc. BestickButiken.se reserves the right to correct this afterwards. You must be 18 years or older to shop on BestickButiken.se. Purchases made by persons under the age of 18 are automatically cancelled. All orders are reviewed manually and all attempts at fraud are reported to the police.
Normal stock item/Order item
"Normal stock item" means that it is cutlery that we normally always have in stock at home. The stock is completed continuously. Reservation for temporary final sales and when ordering more than one piece of cutlery of the same type. If an order containing "normal stock" is out of stock, an email is sent to the customer.
"Normal stock items" are sent within 1-2 working days.
"Customised goods" means that the item is brought home on order.

The shipping & handling fee is calculated according to the cost and weight of your order, as follows:
Some exceptions apply to heavier items, which cost 69:-. Always see the current price of shipping at checkout.
"Normal stock items" are shipped within 1-2 business days, with reservation for temporary final sales and when ordering a large number of cutlery of the same type. read more here>

The customer is obliged to report any transport damage to the Post Office and to BestickButiken.se within 5 working days from the time the goods were received. The customer must therefore inspect the condition of the goods and unpack the goods immediately after receipt. In the event of any transport damage, the packaging must be saved for possible return or replacement of the product. BestickButiken.se is responsible for the transport to the customer. This includes if the product is damaged or lost during transport.

All images should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to accurately represent the appearance, colour or size of the goods.
Right of cancellation, return & open purchase
As a customer, you always have the right of cancellation according to the law on consumer protection in distance and home sales contracts, the Distance Contracts Act. On BestickButiken.se, the customer always has 14 days of open purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Open purchase does not apply to, for example, specially manufactured products that are customised, such as engraved cutlery. The cancellation period starts from the day the customer received the product. BestickButiken.se pays back the purchase amount no later than 30 days after the return goods have been received by us. The customer must always return undamaged goods in the original packaging and original packaging and must pay the return freight himself. Returns sent against cash on delivery/postal advance are not redeemed. For the purchase to be cancelled, the item must be received by us within these 14 days. Always contact BestickButiken.se. BestickButiken.se applies the Consumer Purchase Act in all cases of complaints with a 3-year right of complaint. Bestickbutiken.se is run by Hovjuvelerare Jos W Bohlins Eftr Kristina Boh AB, a fourth generation family business. The product warranty applies only to original production defects, i.e. not defects that arise from own change of the product's function or appearance. The customer's order confirmation is valid as proof of warranty. We naturally undertake to replace faulty or broken products.

BestickButiken.se is responsible for the processing of the personal data that you as a customer provide to us. Your personal data collected on BestickButiken.se is used so that we can fulfil our commitments to you, otherwise provide you with good service and also for marketing purposes.
